How do you handle property maintenance and repairs?
Protecting your investment is a top priority. Tenants submit maintenance requests through a secure online portal available 24/7. We coordinate promptly with trusted vendors to resolve issues efficiently and professionally. All maintenance invoices and receipts are included with your monthly owner statement and accessible anytime through the Owner Portal.

Am I required to accept Section 8 tenants?
Property owners are not required to accept Section 8 tenants unless local or state laws mandate participation. We recommend reviewing applicable regulations for your specific location. -
Are you licensed?

Can I reach you after hours?

Can rental income be deposited directly into my bank account?
Yes. Owner disbursements are made via direct deposit (ACH), providing a fast, secure, and convenient way to receive your funds. -
Do I get to review or sign the lease?
Owners may review the lease prior to signing. As your property manager, we typically handle lease execution on your behalf unless otherwise requested. -
Do you sell real estate too?

How and when do I receive owner payments?
Owner disbursements are processed on a regular schedule after rent is collected and expenses are accounted for. Payments are typically made via direct deposit, with checks available if requested. -

We offer multiple rent payment options, including online payments through the tenant portal. Late payments are addressed promptly and consistently according to the lease terms and applicable laws. -
What lease terms do you offer?
